What to include
An alarm did not ring
Tell us your phone model, Android version, and whether battery optimisation is disabled for the app. That is nearly always the cause, and those three details let us confirm it quickly.
Bug reports
Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording helps more than anything else.
Feature requests
Tell us the problem you are trying to solve rather than the feature you have in mind — it often leads somewhere better.
Privacy questions
The app collects no data, so there is nothing for us to export or delete. If you would like that confirmed in writing, just ask.
Before you write about a missed alarm
Two Android settings cause almost every missed alarm. Check that Alarms & reminders is allowed for the app, and that battery optimisation is turned off for it. Both live in Android's app info screen, and the app warns you in Settings if the first one is blocked.
